Welcome!
I’m a research fellow and lecturer at the Professorship for Computational Social Science and Big Data at the Technical University of Munich. I previously held positions as a post-doctoral research fellow and lecturer at the Technical University of Dresden, an assistant professor at Curry College, a lecturer and researcher at the Ruhr-University Bochum and a graduate assistant at Florida State University.
I hold the Venia Legendi in Political Science from the Technical University of Munich as well as a Ph.D. in Social Sciences (summa cum laude) from the Ruhr-University Bochum.
My research interests include emerging powers, big data, and global governance. I am particularly interested in how global power shifts and technology interact, as well as the implications of this interaction for the countries of the Global South.
